About B&B Equipment

Dean started B&B Equipment with his wife in 1988. Dean was a state fair exhibitor for many years and won many awards for top sales. Dean truly served his community.

He was Monroe County Fair board President for twenty-five years. He was inducted into the Farm Bureau Hall of Fame and also received the Agri Business Award. He received the Hall of Fame Award honoring Monroe County Cattleman, inducted into the 4H Hall of Fame and he received the Merit Service Award from the Albia Chamber of Commerce. Dean unfortunately lost his battle with cancer and mild dementia on February 7, 2023. Dean's son Jeff came on board with his mother to continue the day to day business. Jeff also co-founded South Central Carts and South Central Trailers with Bob Sinnott in 2022. These will be combined with B&B Equipment to bring our customers more options for all their equipment needs. We will continue to add inventory in many fields and look forward to serving all of Iowa, Northern Missouri and surrounding areas.
